Simple Loan Signing — $100
Smaller or limited-document loan packages, typically up to 75 pages.  Includes standard local travel within the Wasilla / Palmer service area, standard package printing, borrower copy within normal package scope, standard document handling, and standard prepaid FedEx or UPS drop-off when required.

Standard Loan Signing — $150
Most standard full loan packages, typically 76–150 pages.  Includes standard local travel within the Wasilla / Palmer service area, standard package printing, borrower copy within normal package scope, routine scanbacks when required, standard post-signing handling, and standard prepaid FedEx or UPS drop-off when required.

Premium Loan Signing — $200
Larger loan packages, typically 151–225 pages.  Includes standard local travel within the Wasilla / Palmer service area, package printing, borrower copy within normal package scope, full-package scanbacks when required, post-signing handling, and standard prepaid FedEx or UPS drop-off when required.
